<p>Provided in the chuck body (1) is a cylindrical recess (27) which is open towards the annular disc (13), is coaxial with the chuck axis (10) and in which a chuck sleeve (29) subject to the force of a spring (28) is guided in a manner which allows it to be displaced towards the annular disc (13). The interior (30) of the chuck sleeve adjoins the opening (12) for the drill in the annular disc (13) and forms a taper (31) which lies opposite the annular disc (13), widens towards the annular disc and forms a positively engaging socket for the shank end of the drill, with the result that the drill is guided and held both by the chuck sleeve (29) and by the chuck jaws (8). <IMAGE></p> |
