Buns were shaped in an apparatus consisting of a cylindrical mold(I) and a curyed, radiated thin-layer plate(II) having a restoring force. Process comprises; a) placing the bun fillings and wrapping the cover of buns on the center of (II); b) pulling the connecting rod linked to (II) so that the bun fillings and wrapping cover fall into (I) due to the weight of the bun fillings, and are thus shaped in (I); c) lifting the connecting rod so that the shaped buns are extruded from (I). This method is very rapid and more efficient than other methods.
