This method comprises a) immersing sea tangles in a seasoning soln. contg. sorbitol and other sauces, collecting the seasoned sea tangles, spreading the sea tangle collection on a wire netting, and air drying at 60≦̸C for 10hrs.; b) folding 2-3 sheets of the sea tangle collection, placing the folded collection within a compression board, and rolling to give one sheet of the flat sea tangle; c) slicing the flat sea tangle into circular or angular particles; d) wrapping the final product. |
