<p>Imidazolyl-substd. bicycloheptane and bicycloheptene derivs. of formula (I) and their physiologically tolerable salts are new: R1, R2 = 1-10C alkyl, 4-10C cycloalkyl, phenyl (opt. carrying 1-2 substituents selected from halogen, 1-4C alkyl, 1-4C alkoxy, CF3, OH, NH2, 1-4C alkylamine and di(1-4C alkyl) amino), naphthyl or phenyl-(1-4C alkyl). or R1 + R2 = -(CH2)m-bridge (m=3-10) opt. substd. by phenyl; A = single or double bond; B = direct bond or, when n is 1 and A is a single bond, also CO or CHOH; n = 0,1,2,3 or 4.</p> |
