A battery and light or sound source are housed in a cylindrical tube and transparent cover respectively. The two parts may be screwed, clipped or fastened together by a bayonet fitting. The battery is held in place by a contact spring. - The device may be attached to the body or clothing of the user by a flexible tape ending in a looped pile fastener. A switch incorporated in the fastening allows the intensity of the light to be changed so that the device serves as a warning. |
