PURPOSE:To enable an AC voltage switching at a high speed by controlling On and OFF a flywheeling switching element synchronously with the ON and OFF of a switching switch element. CONSTITUTION:When a transistor TR1 is turned OFF, a positive voltage is applied through a diode D9 to the base of a transistor TR3, and a negative voltage is applied through a diode D10 to the base of a transistor TR4. Thus,the transistors TR3, TR4 are turned ON. When the transistor TR1 is turned OFF, and turned OFF when the transistor TR1 is ON. When the both transistors TR3, TR4 are turned ON, a transistor TR2 is turned ON, and when the transistor TR1 is turned OFF, an induced voltage flowed to a motor M is circulated through the ON transistor TR2 and the diodes D5-D8 to one power terminal of the motor M. |
