PURPOSE:To increase information transfer effects by synchronizing with a sound output of BGM and announcement and displaying a picture. CONSTITUTION:By a tape deck which can record a sound signal of announcement to the first channel and can record a picture signal to the second channel, a recording device composed of a sound signal input part 2 connected to the first channel input terminal and a picture signal input part 3 which is connected to the second channel input terminal, almost synchronizes with an output of a voice input part 2 and outputs a picture signal, a speaker which is connected to a BGM player 4 and the first channel output terminal and converts the sound signal reproduced by the first channel of a tape, and a reproducing device which is connected to the second channel output terminal and composed of a display control device 6 displaying a picture based upon a picture signal reproduced from the second channel of the tape and an indicator 7 displaying a picture, announcement is outputted with a voice and a picture is displayed by synchronizing with this. |
