发明名称 METHOD FOR TESTING NOZZLE PART AIRTIGHTNESS
摘要 PURPOSE:To improve a grade of the airtightness test and to reduce the quantity of pressurized gas to be consumed and further, working time remarkably by inserting a piston type seal packing and separating airtightly, keeping airtight, and pressurizing a nozzle part only. CONSTITUTION:A discoid stopper 16 with the diameter slightly smaller than the inside diameter of a nozzle 12 is fixed at the tip of a spindle 11 and a thick rubber packing 15 and a discoid presser plate 14 with almost the same diameter are piled up and further, a testing tool assembled with a lockout 5 through an intermediate pipe 13 and an intermediate flange 7 is provided. Then, when this testing tool is inserted into the inside of the nozzle 12 and the nut 5 is locked, the rubber packing 15 expands in the direction of the diameter and adheres to the inside of the nozzle 12 and is sealed airtightly to the tank side. Then, if pressurized gas 3 is introduced from a gas valve 2, the inside of the nozzle 12 can be pressurized up to the prescribed test pressure. Hereby, the airtight test of the nozzle part only separated from the tank or the like can be easily performed.
