PURPOSE:To enable the prevention of accident of fire etc., boiling over and scorching to be performed in advance by a method wherein a cooking time is automatically varied in response to a setting of power of a heating means. CONSTITUTION:A heating power control signal is applied such that a micro-computer 1 outputs 'on' and 'off' signals in a specified interval on the basis of the heating power set data from a variable resistor 2 so as to drive a two-way thyristor 6 and to adjust the heating power of the heating means 5. The set time is set on the basis of the heating power set data from the variable resistor 2 and it is reset to zero when the heating power set data are varied and when the timer means for counting the elapsed time shows the set time, the micro-computer 1 is made such that the transistor 9 is turned off. The heating power of the heating means 5 is controlled and when the set time is reached, the energization of the heating means 5 is deenergized. Therefore, the duration in which the strong heating power is kept is short and the energization of a electricity is terminated and so the fire, boiling over and scorching etc. are prevented. |
