PURPOSE:To automatically dispose an exposure unit horizontally by detecting the inclination of a detector from the horizontal state to generate an electric signal, and generating an electric signal indicating it if returned to the horizontal position. CONSTITUTION:Assume now that the position of an air damper 1b is disposed at the lower position. Then, movable elements are respectively moved toward the outside and the inside in a horizontal detector 11b by the own weights of the elements 19. Then, the solenoid valve 9b of the damper 1b is opened by the signal from a photoswitch 20 which became OFF, air is supplied into the damper 1b to pressurize the damper 1b to rise the position. When a surface plate is returned by the pneumatic pressure to the damper 1b, the elements 19 are returned to the original neutral positions by springs 15, 16 to turn OFF the photoswitch 20. Here, the valve 9b is closed to stop the air, and the printing exposure unit is returned to the horizontal position. |
