发明名称 ELECTRIC EXPANSION MECHANISM FOR CAR ANTENNA
摘要 PURPOSE:To attain impedance matching precisely by directly coupling an antenna element with a flexible coaxial line which is a feeder to use the coaxial line as a driving cable, driving the coaxial line on the basis of the friction of a pulley while fixing its output part, and arranging a sleave between the antenna element and the outside conductor of the coaxial line. CONSTITUTION:The coaxial line 6 is pressed and contacted between the pulley 5 rotated synchronously with a wheel 4 by a worm 3 coupled with a motor 1 and a pulley idle 10 by a spring 11 to move the coaxial line up and down on the basis of frictional force. Since a basic 1/4 wavelength antenna 13 and an I/O connector 9 are directly coupled with both the ends of the coaxial line 6 respectively, the coaxial line 6 acts as a feeder. The antenna 13 may be expanded higher than a car body, so that an FRP rod prevented from electromagnetic influence to be exerted upon antenna characteristics is used for the coaxial line 6. At the storage of the antenna 13, the coaxial line 6 is stored in a compositly shaped storage body 15 of which upper and lower parts are shaped conically and cylindrically to store the coaxial line 6 under compact state while fixing the I/O connector 9 as it is.
