PURPOSE:To eliminate a thermal loss and a loss of fan driving force and further simplify an arrangement of the device by a method wherein a separate room temperature control arrangement is made. CONSTITUTION:A proportional control valve 15 for varying a thermal medium liquid supplying volume for a temperature control coil 8A in an air conditioner 8 and a sensing sensor 16 for sensing a temperature of the temperature adjusting gas are provided and a supplied air temperature control part 17A for automatically operating the proportional control valve 15 in reference to the information from the air temperature sensor 16 is provided. A pressurizing supply fan 7 and a return fan 14 are made as their capability can be varied under a control of the number of rotation, an air volume in the branched air passage 12 is adjusted and an air passage volume adjusting device 18 for controlling each of the temperature adjusting gas volume for the suction chamber 10 and for the ceiling blowing port 11 of a precleaning chamber 2 is provided. A room temperature control and executing circuit 17B for provided.
