PURPOSE:To mechanically and electrically detect standing water from the ground by fixing a liquid detector near the forward end of a wire passing means formed by a flexible long R body, and disposing a flexible conduit pipe having one end thereof opened in the vicinity of the detector. CONSTITUTION:The forward end portion of a wire passing means 10 is advanced through a water sealing pipe, a vertical pipe 3 and a feed pipe 2 up to an inclined valley portion 1a where the occurrence of standing water is estimated. When a liquid detector 14 reaches standing water, a pair of electrodes are put in the conducting state, so that the position of standing water can be confirmed by sending of a lamp, a buzzer or the like. When such sending is given, the rotation of the wire passing means 10 is stopped, the other end of a conduit pipe 15 is connected to the entry side of a vacuum water extract pump 4, and the pump 4 is started to suck out standing water to be collected in a liquid collecting tank 5. |
