Facade element

The facade element is designed in particular as a window and serves to prevent condensation water forming. It comprises an inner (11) and an outer shell (10), between which a heat shield (17) is arranged movably. An airflow delivered by a blower is conducted either along the inner (11) or the outer shell (10). The air (20) entering in the edge region of the inner shell (11) is, when the heat shield (17) is closed, guided along between the latter and the inner shell (11) and, when the heat shield (17) is open, along the inside of the outer shell (10). The heat shield (17) can extend either over the entire height of the inner (11) and of the outer shell (10) or only over a part of this height. <IMAGE>
