SILVER HALIDE COLOR PHOTOGRAPHIC SENSITIVE MATERIAL

PURPOSE:To obtain excellent image quality which is not spoiled in gradation and developability by specifying the average grain size of the silver halide of a blue sensitive silver halide emulsion layer and the silver bromide contents of the silver halide of green and red sensitive silver halide emulsion layers and incorporating a compd. which releases a development suppressable material or precursor thereof into the photographic constituting layer. CONSTITUTION:The photographic constituting layer contg. at least the blue sensitive silver halide emulsion layer, green sensitive silver halide emulsion layer and red sensitive silver halide emulsion layer is provided on a reflective base. The average grain size of the silver halide of the blue sensitive silver halide emulsion layer is 0.20-0.55mum and the silver bromide contents of the silver halide of the green sensitive silver halide emulsion layer and red sensitive silver halide emulsion layer are 5-65mol%. At least one of the compd. which reacts with the development suppressing material or the precursor thereof by reacting with the oxidant of a color developing agent is incorporated into at least one layer of the photographic constituting layer.
