发明名称 OPERATING SHOCK ABSORBER IN SWASH PLATE TYPE COMPRESSOR
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To aim at the restraint of an increase in sudden engine load, by interconnecting both high and low pressure chambers to a bypass passage in time of starting, while making a compression function unable in a way of letting discharge gas flow back to the low pressure chamber and, after starting, making the opening of this passage opening part adjustable with a control valve. CONSTITUTION:In time of starting, a solenoid valve 58 is opened whereby gas inside a discharge chamber 21 passes through a discharge port 40 and is joined together with the gas delivered to the inside of a discharge chamber 22 and made to flow back to a swash plate chamber 8 by way of a bypass passage 51, thus gas inside the discharge chamber 22 is all made to flow back to the swash plate chamber 8. Therefore, no compression motion takes place and all compression functions are made unable, meaning that it comes to start from 0% operation in consequence. In proportion as a control valve, which is regulated so as to cause its motion in a direction closing the passage 51 to become sluggish by dynamic pressure of reflux gas when the solenoid valve is closed simultaneously with starting, comes nearer to an opening part of the passage 51, reflux gas flow is gradually limited to some extent, whereby the passage 51 is fully closed with its sluggish motion, thus 100% operation takes place. Therefore, engine load goes up as following a gentle course so that a shock is effectively relievable.</p>
