摘要 PURPOSE:To display a teaching point locus on a full screen by obtaining the minimum and maximum values of the vertical and horizontal directions of the plane coordinates of the teaching point locus, enlarging this plane coordinates within a range of the screen of a display device where said minimum and maximum values can be stored and displaying the display data on the teaching point locus. CONSTITUTION:A CPU11 obtains the coordinates (Xi, yi) of a display point Qi from the coordinates (xi, yi, zi) of a teaching point Pi. A parameter containing of the coordinates of start points Q1, Q4, Q5 and Q6 and end points Q2, Q5, Q6 and Q7 of straight lines Q1Q2, Q4Q5, Q5Q6 and Q6Q7, the center point coordinates of an arc Q2Q3Q4, a start angle and an end angle is added to a control command and supplied to a graphic display controller (GDC)15. The GDC15 decodes the control command and writes the picture element data corresponding to a display locus L to a video memory 16. Thus the picture element data on the locus L is stored in the memory 16, and the picture element data is supplied to a parallel/serial converter 17 every 16 bits for the first time from the head address of the memory 16.These picture element data are displayed successively to a GD device from the 1st horizontal scan line.
