PURPOSE:To shorten the overall construction period by outfitting auxiliary machines on a base in parallel with the construction work of tank structure block contacting with the double base and outerboard and jointing the base completed of outfitting upon completion of jointing work of each block. CONSTITUTION:Tank structures 2, 3 contacting with double bottom 1, outerboard are manufactured as shell blocks. In parallel with said manufacturing work, auxiliary machines, floor plate system, etc. are mounted on the bases 7, 8 to execute various outfitting works including piping work, wiring work, painting work, etc. on the ground. Upon completion of manufacturing of each shell block and jointing work, the bases completed of outfitting work are mounted and jointed. Consequently, the construction period of engine room of vessel can be shortened as a whole. |
