PURPOSE:To enable alarming advice, etc. of an approaching person, by allowing a control signal to be generated at the time when the person covers the distance preset and stored by a measured value with a distance sensor accommodated in an electronic clock. CONSTITUTION:For opening of an 'AND' gate 53 by operation of a switch 50, a clock 1 P/M is issued from the gate 53 to be introduced into an 'OR' gate 40. By this arrangement, a signal generator 9 emits a signal once in a minute and upon finding an article such as a person, etc., to be measured at this moment, its reflecting wave is received by a signal receiver 10 and, in the mean time a counting circuit 42 counts time difference between issuing and receiving time of said supersonic wave by said action and further, its counted data is converted into a distance data correspondingly by a converting circuit 49 and given to the other end of a comparator 38. Thus, when its distance data coincide with those preset in a distance storing unit 37 by a dial 4 a comparing circuit 38 issues a signal resulted from comparison of '1' and this signal is given to 'AND' gates 54 and 55. By a switch 56, buzzer 28 or lamp 60 are driven to give alarm. |
