PURPOSE:To enable an assembly unit for hydraulic pipe arrangement to readily assemble any three dimensionally shaped pipe arrangement by temporarily assembling a double-fitting with pipe body and others by using one fitting stand travelling three dimensionally on the basis of another fitting stand. CONSTITUTION:On a table 10 of an assembly unit for pipe arrangement, a first carrier 12 and a second carrier 13 are so installed as to be able to travel in the direction of X axis and as to be able to stop at a specified position. A first fitting hold mechanism A and a second fitting hold mechanism B are so provided to the carriers 12 and 13 respectively as to be able to travel in the direction of Y axis and as to be able to stop at specified positions respectively. These fitting hold mechanism A and B can swivel, vertically travel and stop at specified swivelling and travelling positions, and they are provided with fitting stands capable of swivelling in required angles. In the assembly of pipe arrangement, one fitting stand 40 travels on the basis of another fitting stand 40 three dimensionally in accordance with the dimension of a pipe body 1 to temporarily assemble fittings 3 and 3' and a pipe body 2. |
