The invention relates to a rearview mirror support for a utility vehicle, comprising a body 4 and a longitudinal pin 23 mounted rotatably with respect to the body 14 being indexed in rotation with respect to it by means of an elastic notched system 25, 26, 28, the longitudinal pin 23 comprising means for fastening the end of a rearview mirror 12 arm to it, and the body 14 having a base plate 16 for fixing it to the vehicle. According to the invention, the base plate 16 is independent of the body 14 and mounted rotatably with respect to it by means of a second pin 40 substantially perpendicular to the first.
