PURPOSE:To prevent backlash from occurring between a rotor and an insert member by molding a nickel-plated foaming metal in a disk shape and inserting this disk into the center of the rotor made of an Al alloy for casting. CONSTITUTION:A reinforcing material 10 made of a foaming metal is nearly formed into a disk shape 9. A disk 9 having meshy fibers made of nickel chromium of about 70mu in diameter is clamped with a porous foaming metal made by nickel chromium-plating foaming resin, thereby a disk 10 having a partially compressed section 11a and a boss section 11b is formed. Then, the disk 10 is inserted into rotor 7 made of an Al alloy to form a composite material. |
