PURPOSE:To prepared a novel cuttlefish tidbit capable of giving two kinds of taste from single food, i.e. first giving the taste and palatability of gelatin jelly and then giving the taste of cuttlefish, by bonding a finely slit dried cuttlefish with gelatin. CONSTITUTION:Finely slit dry cuttlefish is mixed with concentrated gelatin solution, and the gelatin is gelatinized to obtain the objective cuttlefish tidbit having unique texture. |
