COLOR SEPARATION FILTER

摘要

PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of color flicker and color shading accompanied with the positional deviation of a color filter at the arrangement time by arranging a transparent or semitransparent element between filter elements adjacent to each other in each column. CONSTITUTION:A fundamental constitution is formed with a 4-column 2-row filter element group where filter elements M in the first column of the first row and in the second column of the third row are magenta and filter elements G in the second column of the first row and in the first column of the third row are green and filter element Cy in the first column of the second row and in the first column of the fourth row are cyan and filter element Ye in the second column of the second row and in the second column of the fourth row are yellow. A transparent element W having 3mu vertical dimensions is arranged between columns of filter elements; and thus, color flicker and color shading do not occur at all if the positional precision is within + or -1.5mu in case of the positional deviation when the color filter is arranged on an image pickup element.
