PURPOSE:To decrease the cost by bonding and fixing a high dielectric plate onto a low dielectric base in advance and cutting the high dielectric plate so as to obtain a cubic dielectric resonator having a predetermined interval and dimension by means of a cutter. CONSTITUTION:A plate 12 made of a high dielectric constant material is bonded and fixed on a supporting base 11 made of a low dielectric constant material. Then a cutter cutting a material with accuracy in the order of micrones such as dicing saw to cut the plate 12 into a prescribed size. Parts 13-15 are parts acting like a dielectric resonator and the size and interval are decided values. The dielectric resonator is assembled in a case 10 and metallic rods 6, 7 as coupling elements connected with coaxial plugs 8, 9 are arranged and fixed near dielectric resonators 13, 15. |
