PURPOSE:To perform the original picture data input work accurately and easily with a scanner by cutting a mask film on the basis of position data of a layout mount to produce a mask plate and putting the mask plate on an original without bringing the mask plate into contact with the original. CONSTITUTION:A layout mount A is set to a prescribed position of a data tablet 8, and position data of a trimming range is inputted by a cursor 8a, and a variable magnification is inputted thereafter. These input data are given to a controller 6 and are subjected to operation processing and are given to a mask cutter 9, and the mask film set onto the cutter 9 is cut to form a mask plate B where the trimming range inputted on the tablet 8 is cut out. The original is stuck to a scanning drum 1 of the scanner, and the plate B is stuck to a mask sticking board 2. As the result, the plate B is used without being brought into contact with the original, and the original picture data input work by the scanner is performed accurately and easily. |
