PURPOSE:To enable the preparation of two kinds of cooked rice in a pan at the same time, by shifting a partition member laterally in the rice and water under specific condition. CONSTITUTION:The partition plates 101a and 101b are pivotally bonded at the center 102a of the circular pan 102, and the regions A and B are adjusted by the center angle alpha according to the ratio of the two kinds of cooked rice. Washed rice corresponding to the sum of the rice to be cooked in both regions is put in the pan, and water is added thereto in an amount corresponding to a hardness between the hardness to be attained in the region A and the hardness to be attained in the region B. The partition plate 101b is shifted by a specific angle alpha toward the region for the cooking of harder rice, and the level of the raw rice is raised from LT to LA or lowered from LT to LB while keeping the water level LW unchanged. Two kinds of cooked rice having different hardness can be prepared in the regions A and B. |
