Closure of openings comprising a sliding panel moving in two parallel slideways, characterised in that each of these two slideways 2a, 2b comprises two parallel grooves separated by a central partition 7 constituting, in the case of one at least of the said slideways, a running rail for the rollers 8 which are fitted at least on one of the variable edges of the sliding panel 1, the dual ends 3a of the bars 3 constituting the struts or the crossbars of the said panel being engaged, with a displacement capability, in the two grooves 6 of the opposite slideways, each of these slideways being constituted by a single profiled element in the shape of a double U, which is obtained, from a single piece, by folding. <IMAGE>
