PURPOSE:To reduce the effect of the variation of a power supply as much as possible by separating a power-supply feed wiring to a large capacitive load driving TTL gate and a small capacitive load driving TTL gate. CONSTITUTION:TTL gates 2-4 are arranged to an output from a chip 1 in a semiconductor integrated circuit, and the TTL gate 2 is used for driving a small capacitive load and the TTL gates 3, 4 for driving a large capacitive load. The feed of a power supply to the TTL gate 2 is connected by wiring patterns 5, 6 while the feed of the power supply to the TTL gates 3, 4 for driving the large capacitive load is connected by wiring patterns 7, 8. According to said constitution, currents are changed when the TTL gates 3, 4 are changed over simultaneously, and voltage is varied by the inductance of the power-supply feed wiring patterns 7, 8. However, the power-supply feed wiring patterns 5, 6 to the TTL gates 2 are separated, thus reducing the effect of the variation of voltage. |
