PURPOSE:To prevent the vibration isolating support effect in the shearing direction from being impaired by applying a load between friction members with the spring member in the compression direction and allowing a slight shift in the shearing direction with a movable member supported by the spring member. CONSTITUTION:The horizontal, inherent frequency of a floor 4 supported by elastic bodies 6 and a friction damper 7 is set sufficiently lower than the dominant frequency of the continuous, slight vibration, and an adequate gap is provided between the inner periphery of a receiving member 8 and the collision face section 9a of a movable member 9, accordingly, the floor 4 can be freely moved in the horizontal direction against the horizontal, continuous, slight vibration, thereby the horizontal, continuous, slight vibration is removed, and the vibration isolating support effect in the shearing direction is not impaired. |
