PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of misalignment, by a method wherein an intermediate holding member is removably located between a valve part and a force motor part, and a coil bobbin is held to the intermediate holding member by means of a plate body. CONSTITUTION:A servo valve 1 consists mainly of a valve part 5, formed with a spool 2, a sleeve 3, and a valve frame 4, and a force motor part 11 formed with a coil 6, a coil bobbin 7, a magnet 8, a pole 9, and a yoke 10. A bolt 13, which mechanically regulates a neutral point between springs 12, 12' and the spool 2. The spool 2 is brought into contact with the coil bobbin 7 through a thrust ball bearing 14 by means of the push force of the springs 12 and 12', and is so positioned as to allow displacement in a radial direction also. The coil bobbin 7 is so held as to allow properly-positioning of the bobbin in a gap part 17 by means of a leaf platelike plate body 16 removably supported to an intermediate holding frame 15. |
