PURPOSE:To manufacture a tubular bag with good operational facility by a method wherein a drum is supported by many concentrically-arranged support levers in a tubular form and welded in slow revolution. CONSTITUTION:When the drum (a) and two end plates which are applied to both its openings are manufactured by vinyl sheet separately in advance, the circumferential part of the drum a is folded sequentially inwardly and the circumferential part and the outer circumferential part of the end plate are welded sequentially by a high frequency welder, the drum (a) is supported by many concentrically-arranged supporting boss 5 in a tubular foam and operated in slow rotation. The supporting bars 5 are arranged at the outer end of one set of leg levers 3, 3a which cross in the X form on the outer circumference of a pipe 2 rotated by a fixed pipe 1 supported horizontally and welding is performed by an upper and a lower die 13, 14 provided on the side of said supporting bars 5. |
