PURPOSE:The titled composition having improved conditioning effect, treatment effect and irritation on the skin, obtained by blending an anionic surface active agent with an acylated substance of animal protein hydrolyzate and a quaternary ammonium derivative of animal protein hydrolyzate. CONSTITUTION:A shampoo agent containing an anionic surface active agent is blended with (a) an acylated substance of animal protein hydrolyzate preferably shown by the formula I (R1 is 8-20C alkyl or alkenyl; R2 is side chain of constituent amino acid of animal protein hydrolyzate; n is 3-20 integer; M is H, alkali metal, ammonium, etc.) or its salt, and (b) a quaternary ammonium derivative of animal protein hydrolyzate preferably shown by the formula II or formula III (at least one of R3-R5 are 8-20C alkyl or hydroxyalkyl, and the others are 1-3C alkyl, hydroxyalkyl, or benzyl), having the above- mentioned improved effects, and low irritation to the eyes and scalp. |
