PURPOSE:To reliably separate and feed a plate work by lifting up the uppermost plate work by vacuum adsorption, inserting gripping fingers in a space formed between the uppermost plate work and the next stage plate work to grip the uppermost plate work. CONSTITUTION:In case of adsorbing and retaining the uppermost lead frame 1 of a lot of stacked lead frames, first, a rod 38 of an air cylinder 37 is elongated, arm portions 28 of a pair of gripping fingers 27 are pushed downward by a push member 40, and the gripping fingers 27 are pivoted on pivots 34 and expanded against a tension spring 36. Secondly, a movable frame 11 is lowered to press the forward end portion 14a of an adsorption nozzle 14 to a smooth surface 4 of a resin mold portion 2 in the lead frame 1. Subsequently, the lead frame 1 is adsorbed to the adsorption nozzle 14 by sucking force acting upon the adsorption nozzle 14, and then the lead frame 1 is raised by the movable frame 11. The gripping fingers 27 are inserted in a space 50 to grip the lead frame 1 by finger portions 30. |
