PURPOSE:To obtain a product in a single process with no necessity of complicate positioning of designs by a method wherein thermoplastic synthetic resin paste sol is filled in some portion of intaglio engraved on a rotating drum and gelled by heating and, after that, thermoplastic synthetic resin paste sol different in color from said paste sol is filled in the remaining portion of the intaglio and gelled by heating. CONSTITUTION:Vinyl chloride resin paste sol, for example, is jetted from an injection nozzle 5 against and filled in an intaglio 2 opposing to the nozzle 5 so as to be gelled by heating. After that, vinyl chloride resin paste sol different in color from the paste sol just mentioned above is filled from a feed roll 9 in all the intaglios formed onto the outer peripheral surface of a rotating drum 1 containing an intaglio 4 and the like together with the intaglios 2 and 3. At that time, excess paste sol is scraped off with a doctor knife 10. The paste sol filled in all the intaglios is heated and completely gelled by heating up to 170 deg.C at the position of a heater 11 so as to be cooled by cooling water jetted from a cooling sprinkling nozzle 12 in order to be formed in product (a) by separating from the rotating drum 1. |
