PURPOSE:To enable to obtain a surface enhanced in physical and chemical properties, by a method wherein at least a protective layer comprising a UV- curing or electron radiation curing resin which is thermoplastic in an uncured state and a pattern layer are sequentially laminated on a release surface of a releasable sheet. CONSTITUTION:For example, the protective layer 3 and the pattern layer 4 are sequentially laminated on a release surface of the releasable sheet 2. The sheet 2 supports the layers to be transferred until the time of transfer, and may be a synthetic resin film (e.g., a polyethylene terephthalate film or a polyamide film), a paper or a synthetic paper. The protective layer 3 is constituted of a UV-curing or electron radiation curing resin which, in its uncured state, is solid at normal temperature, thermoplastic, soluble in solvents, and when being applied and dried, provides a coated film which is non-fluidic and tack- free, apparently and to the touch. The resin is preferably a thermoplastic one having radical-polymerizable unsaturated groups. |
