1. Christmas tree stand with a central carrier body (1) holding several equally angled supporting arms (6) in the form of a joint. The supporting arms (6) are formed by offset flat strips whose ends, nearest the Christmas tree, protrude to form clamps (14). These ends may be swivelled towards one another from a pivoted position due to the gravitational effect of the Christmas tree on the carrier body (1). The Christmas tree stand is characterized by the fact that the carrier body (1) consists of several regularly spaced flat strips (2) which are joined on the same level. Each flat strip is joined to a supporting arm (6) so that the supporting arms (6) are essentially bent half-way along their length, and this bend (15) has a section cut out (8) near the end closest to the clamps (14). Longitudinal flanges (9) are on both sides of the cut-out section. The supporting arms are tilted to form a joint with the longitudinal flanges (9) in slits (4) on the flat strips (2) forming the carrier body (1). The flat strips (6) serve as supporting arms. These are supported on the flat strips (2, 6) of the carrier body (1) and the supporting arms (6) are supported by spring elements (10) between slits (4) in the flat strips (2), on which the protruding flanges (5) are held, in order to form the carrier body. |
