PURPOSE:To contrive to improve the durability of a packing member for vacuum deaeration and to reduce the time required for replacement by a structure wherein the packing member for vacuum deaeration consisting in bonding heat-resistant packing materials on both the upper and lower surfaces of a core frame with high rigidity is detachably supported on hooks attached to a hot plate. CONSTITUTION:Packing members 7 for vacuum deaeration, each of which is hung down with hooks (not shown in fig.) from an intermediate hot plate 10 and an upper hot plate respectively, seals the space lying between hot plates from the outside by being elastically supported by the outer peripheral surface of each hot plate through the lifting of a lower bolster 4, a lower insulating panel 5, a lower hot plate 6, an intermediate hot plate 10 and the like, all of which are on a ram 3 lifted by the hydraulic pressure developed by an oil pressure apparatus 19. The packing member 7 has the structure, the portion tending to deform most easily of which is reinforced by locating a core frame 8 in the middle of packing materials 8a and 8b and an inner flange 9 of which is attached on the inside of the core frame 8 so as to withstand against the outer pressure. Further, because the mounting of said packing member 7 is enough by simply hanging down from the hooks attached to the hot plate, the replacement work of the packing member for vacuum deaeration is remarkably shortened. |
