<p>A heating chamber structure in a high frequency heater, such as an electronic range, in which a heating chamber (11) formed by applying a front member (9) and a rear member (10) to the front and rear ends of a cross-sectionally square shell member (13), and winding fastening members around the whole circumferences of the joint portions of these three members (9), (13), (10), and an electric chamber (12) holding therein a high-frequency generator (21) and some other parts are constructed separately and joined to each other. Moreover, metal sheets which have been surface-treated with coating materials in advance are used to construct the heating chamber so that the outer surface of the heating chamber constitutes that of the heater body. The heater thus constructed enables the size of a space for the installation thereof and the weight of the heater to be reduced, the process of manufacturing the same to be simplfied, and the rigidity of the heater and the degree of freedom of designing the same to be increased.</p> |
