The invention relates to a device with a daily medicament depot for low-pain injection. The device filled with a medicament can also be worn on the body, has a low weight and is built on the fountain-pen principle. It comprises a dust-proof, thermally insulating casing with an exchangeable, multi-layer, disinfecting, sterile fumigation pad, an inert glass or plastic cylinder with an outside that is firmly gripped, a teflon-coated piston rod and a teflon-coated metal cone, as well as a tuned optical and acoustic display system for the individual determination of the amount to be injected. The tuned optical system has a graduation in units of medicament on the unilaterally flattened threaded spindle which correlates with the medicament volume of the syringe. The acoustic system is a bayonet closure with a marking spring extending in a sound space on the unilaterally flattened threaded spindle. The fumigation pad is also used to disinfect the injection site. The puncturing direction can be chosen to be vertical or oblique. The device is particularly suitable for self-injection by diabetics, by diabetics with poor vision or diabetics on holiday or business trips.
