<p>Liquid tanks with a floating roof of the type comprising a cylindrical wall (2) a floating roof (3) and a flexible membrane (4) connecting the periphery of the floating roof to the wall. The tank comprises, for protection against excess and/or low pressure, when the roof (3) is in a lowered position or wedged in an intermediate position, a vacuum-breaker tube (34) placing the inside of the vessel forming the roof in communication with the liquid in the tank, this tube (34) being of a size such that its natural weighting corresponds to a predetermined pressure.
