CONSTITUTION:Edible parts of fish and shellfish (bonito, tuna, walleye pollack, mackerel, cuttle, cotopus, shrmp, crab, krill, shellfish, etc.) are seasoned with seasonings (soysauce, salt, sugar, sweet ''sake'', wood smoke, sodium glutamate, etc.) and spice (Guinea pepper, pepper, etc.), and boiled. After drying the processed food, it is vacuum-packed in a bag of a heat-resistant synthetic resin. The bag is pressed to a specific thickness, and sterilized under high temperature and pressure in a retort. |
