PURPOSE:To obtain a miniature dielectric filter that suppresses the spurious caused by the incomplete grounding of an open end of a dielectric resonator, by securing a short circuit between an external conductor set at the open end side of the dielectric resonator and a contact part on the side face of a housing. CONSTITUTION:The conductive paste is applied to a large section part of an external conductor 5 as well as to a projection part 32 with which a case 31 has a contact. A center conductor 7 is put into a hole of a coupling substrate 6 and then the tip of the conductor 7 is attached to an internal conductor 4. These unified dielectric resonator 3, the substrate 6 and the conductor 7 are put into the case 31. The conductive paste is applied to the side of a cover 33 of an area where a contact is secured between the large section part of the conductor 5 and the cover 33 as well as the circumference area of the cover 33 where a contact is secured between a projected part 34 and the case 31. Then the cover 33 is attached to the case 31, and these cover 33 and the case 31 are fixed to each other in an oven. Hereafter an input connector 8, an output connector 9, a tuning screw 12 and a screw plate 13 are constituted. In such a way, the spurious caused by the incomplete grounding of an open end can be suppressed. |
