摘要 PURPOSE:To attain high-speed access by driving a pickup to an object track position while a slider is matched with a deviation stored in a storage means and a pickup is shaken and driving the pickup to cancel the vibration of the slider when the pickup approaches the object track position. CONSTITUTION:The track eccentricity of a disc is written on a memory 17, and an object track position from a system controller 50 and a deviation with a slider position from a slider outer scale 4 are obtained at a summing point 20. The slider 2 starts moving toward the object track position via a driver 24. The deviation between the track eccentricity in the memory 17 and the actual movement of the pickup 3 from a pickup displacement measuring circuit 14 is extracted at a summing point 19 to shake the pickup 3 via a driver 10. When the slider 2 approaches the object track position, a slider position signal from the outer scale 4 is subtracted from the vibration correction signal from the controller 50 at the summing point 20 and the result is fed to a summing point 10 to cancel the slider.
