PURPOSE:To perform the centralized control of the numerical controller and to improve monitor efficiency by deciding on an error in a work program transferred from a host computer, and transferring its contents to the host computer and displaying them on a CRT. CONSTITUTION:The host electronic computer 1 is equipped with a work program transfer means 1a which transfers the work program of the numerical controller 2 generated by the computer, means 1b which reads the error contents transferred from the numerical controller 2, and error contents display means 1c which displays the error contents. Further, the numerical controller 2 is equipped with a work program receiving means 2a, error decision means 2b which decides whether the received work program is normal or not, and error contents transfer means 2c. Consequently, the numerical controller 2 which is started checks on its malfunction, etc., when it is in operation and if an error is found, its error contents are transferred to the host computer 1 immediately and displayed on the CRT. |
