<p>PURPOSE:To initialize a counter at a high speed by transferring and setting the low-order digits of the contents of a specific work register in an optional counter simultaneously when the contents of the specific work register are transferred to a specific address register. CONSTITUTION:A selector 13 selects a work register A1 or B2 according to the indication of a controller 9 and address information as its contents is set in a specific address register through a signal line 12. Further, the low-order digits of the address information sent out to a signal line 12 are set in a specific counter by the indication of the controller 9. The information setting indication to the address register and the information setting indication to the counter are independent of each other, and only one or both of them are set. Consequently, the period of the initialization of the counter is made early and the performance instruction processing is improved.</p> |
