PURPOSE:To facilitate connection of spline by providing a step portion whose diameter is the same as that of bore of the spline on a tip portion or a rear end portion of an input shaft and on the rear end portion of a rotary shaft of the spline shaft. CONSTITUTION:A step portion 3a is formed on the tip portion of a spline unit 3 of an input shaft 1 connected to a universal joint 4, and spline units 5, 6 are provided on the rear end portion of the input shaft 1 and on the rear end portion of a second shaft provided in parallel with the input shaft 1. And step portions 5a, 6a are provided on the rear ends of the spline units respectively and change gears 7, 8 are provided on the spline units 5, 6 so as to be inserted or disconnected. Then gears can be connected by inserting them through splines, and operation becomes easy. |
