This antenna is designed for a wide band tuned circuit from which the resonant frequency to min. input admittance frequency ratio (fo/fm) lies between 0.5 and 4.0. The antenna consists of a loop conductor (1) having tapped connections(a,b) with a capacitor (2) connected in series for resonance. The equivalent radius, circumferential length, and loop area are selected so that the ratio of (fo/fm) lies between 0.5 and 4.0.
