A recirculating pump draws the treatment fluid out of the central chamber of the vessel after it has passed through the creels of wound yarn, passing it into the lower chamber. It passes upwards through both the central channel through the vessel, and the perforated rod holding the creels, the fluid in the upper chamber passing down the rod to give a two-way flow through the rod. The purpose is to design a vessel where the lid and base form the upper and lower chambers, to reduce mfg. costs. |
