PURPOSE:To improve a resin product and a mold in dimensional precision and to elevate the working efficiency of the mold by a mold structure wherein a hinge section is provided in a runner with a submarine gate and spring properties are provided to the runner when the molds are opened. CONSTITUTION:The runner 4 having the submarine gate 5 of a mold is contrived to be short in length, a concave hinge section 4a is provided at the joint section of the runner 4 to the runner lock 3 and the convex section 2a fitting to the concave section 4a is provided on the movable mold 2. When the runner 4 is extruded by the ejector pin 6A from the movable mold 2 in order to open the mold, the submarine gate 5 made by the spring properties of the runner 4 in one piece with the runner 4 is taken out of the movable mold 2 without breaker or ruptures. Accordingly, it becomes possible to obtain the submarine gate completely free from breaks or ruptures, the resin product and the mold are improved in dimensional precision. |
